The Project Pros work with homeowners, realtors, lenders, new homebuyers and sellers to renovate and upgrade residential and commercial properties prior to sale or simply in order to maintain the existing value. Whether it involves carpentry, roofing, painting, faux finishes, wallpaper, flooring, tile, roofing, masonry, or remodeling, you probably won't have to call several different contractors. We also have contacts with muralists, cabinet experts, and carpet installers. A lifetime written warranty covers all our work except deck treatments. We started out as a painting company and then expanded our services to include all phases of construction. The only areas we subcontract out are major plumbing and electrical, usually during a kitchen or bathroom remodel.
